Is Atlas a lawyer?

No. Atlas provides legal information, not legal advice. It is not a law firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship. For decisions with serious consequences — court deadlines, criminal matters, immigration issues, or significant money — consult a licensed attorney.

How do I ask Atlas a question?

Open the app and type your question on the home screen, or tap the Ask button at the bottom. Atlas responds in plain English, with sources and confidence indicators where relevant.

How do I upload a document?

Tap Upload doc from the home quick actions, or open the Docs tab and tap the + button. Atlas accepts PDFs, DOCX files, photos, and scans, then summarizes what matters and flags clauses to watch.

Why does Atlas ask for my state?

Laws vary significantly by state. Atlas tailors answers and document analyses to the jurisdiction you select during onboarding. You can change it any time from the chat menu or in profile.

What's included in Atlas Pro?

Atlas Pro unlocks unlimited document analyses, unlimited drafts with full export, unlimited voice mode, priority response speed, and extended document history. A 7-day free trial may be available.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Profile → Subscription, then tap Restore. This restores any active Atlas Pro subscription tied to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Atlas and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my data?

Open Profile → Delete all data in the app. This removes your chats, uploaded documents, and drafts. You can also email privacy@bulpara.com to request account-level deletion.

Is my data used to train AI?

No, unless you explicitly opt in via the "Help improve Atlas" toggle in profile settings. By default, your documents and chats are not used for training.

Can Atlas connect me with a real lawyer?

Where available, Atlas offers a lawyer review handoff for select document types. This is an asynchronous review by a licensed attorney and is not real-time legal representation. See our Terms for details.
