These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlas - AI Legal Help application ("the App") and related services published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Atlas is an AI-powered consumer application that helps users understand legal questions and documents in plain English. Features include AI-generated answers to legal questions, document review for leases, contracts, letters and notices, clause flagging, drafting of common legal documents (demand letters, NDAs, roommate agreements, notices to vacate, cease-and-desist letters, limited powers of attorney), and an optional lawyer review handoff where available.

2. Important Legal Disclaimer

Atlas provides legal information, not legal advice. You understand and agree that:

• Atlas is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
• Use of the App does not create an attorney-client relationship.
• Information provided by Atlas is general in nature and may not apply to your specific facts or jurisdiction.
• AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify anything important before acting on it.
• For decisions with serious consequences — including court deadlines, criminal matters, immigration issues, or money you cannot afford to lose — you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have permission to share.
• Use Atlas to harass, defraud, or harm any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or its outputs at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limits.
• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable law.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Includes chat with Atlas, limited document analyses (2/month), 1 draft preview, and limited voice mode (5/month).
• Atlas Pro Monthly: $14.99/month for unlimited document analyses, unlimited drafts with full export, unlimited voice mode, priority response speed, and extended document history.
• Atlas Pro Annual: $99.99/year (save vs. monthly).
• 7-day free trial: May be available for eligible plans as shown in the purchase screen.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel at any time via your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to documents and content you upload. You grant Bulpara Inc a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's features (e.g., generate analyses, draft letters, return answers). We do not use your documents or chats to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated responses or document analyses.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated legal information.
• Outcomes from documents you draft, send, sign, or rely on.
• Service interruptions or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
